Welcome to Scotland Canine Massage Therapy, based in Auchterader in the heart of Scotland.
Canine Massage Therapy is holistic treatment in four disciplines of massage: Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release. It is suitable for most dogs of all ages, and from ALL walks of life, i.e. family pet, the world of showing, canine athletes, heelwork to music, working dogs - sheep, cattle, gun, etc - shy, nervous dogs, sledding, cani-cross and endurance dogs.
It is also an effective method of reducing the pain and discomfort from Hip Dysplasia and the onset of Arthritic conditions, providing there is no underlying disease, such as malignant tumours. Canine Massage is not just a one-off therapeutic treatment for pleasure (although quite often, it is plain to see the depth of relaxation which can happen...); regular massage helps to treat the tightness of Myofascial Pain and restore muscle function. |

It releases Trigger Points and Muscular Strains, increases the range of mobility, assists in the rehabilitation of chronic conditions such as Spondylosis and Hip Dysplasia and is beneficial in the recuperation of Cruciate Ligament damage.
